Cons
In order to climb the ranks, you have to take on field assignments abroad. These assignments can be exciting if that aligns with your goals, but they are not a fit for everyone. The company can be difficult inflexible around their processes/policies, making it difficult to be innovative. The pay is competitive for the industry, but can be difficult for life in the DC Metro area. The company's vesting schedule for their ESOP program is very long. It is a point of frustration with some employees that the company does not offer traditional 401k matching with a quicker vesting schedule.
