The corporate mission is very rewarding good mid level and director level management interesting regional work training opportunities are numerous and relevant to the work you perform a great place to learn about the international development industry
Cons
poor executive leadership team/management promotions and recognition for top performers is lacking or not done by following an objective process some members of the executive management team often display hypocritical behavior, saying one thing in public and then doing something else in their region/division very reactive environment, usually an overreaction by some SVP's favoritism exists in all regions/divisions and as long as you're in the "clique" you're golden
