Pros
Well known company in the international development field.
Cons
Low pay compared to competitors. Very rarely will they bring anyone in at the Manager level who has not been an associate, and they often low-ball associates who have more experience (e.g., they will pay and treat a recent college grad the same as someone with a Masters and 2-3 years of experience) and then expect you to stay in your associate position at a low pay grade for 2-3 years before getting promoted. Horrible managers who don't care about pushing all of their work down on lower level staff. My advice: avoid this company all together. They churn out associates at such a high rate and could care less about it. They only start investing in you as an employee when you stick out the stress for 4-5 years. Heed the advice of other lower ratings and look somewhere else.
