Lack of Management Stability: Management turnover is very high, and often individuals are promoted into leadership roles without the necessary qualifications or experience.
• Quality Oversight Issues: The quality review team is inconsistent and biased. Even when nurses escalate calls appropriately and follow resource recommendations, we are still penalized because it doesn’t match what quality “expects.” This puts unnecessary risk and liability on the nurse.
• Unsafe Practices: The company’s main goal seems to be keeping patients at home—even when that may not be the safest clinical decision. This creates concerns for nurses trying to practice safely within their license.
• Micromanagement: Productivity is monitored to the point of checking mouse movement. Breaks are limited, and there isn’t enough time to complete charting properly.
• High Turnover: Both management and nursing staff turnover quickly due to these conditions.
• Poor Translation Services: Language support for patients is unreliable and inadequate, which further compromises care.
