We are sorry to hear your experience within our IT organization fell short of your expectations. As you know, a restructuring and expansion of our technology division has occurred over the last 12 months to help us achieve our aggressive, 5-year strategic growth plan. Part of this restructuring has included a comprehensive review of our organization’s talent to ensure we have the right team members in the right positions to help the business succeed. This means creating an agile environment where our best talent can thrive.
Thankfully, under our new CTO’s leadership, internal Net Promoter Scores for IT are higher now than they have ever been, and employees in this division are boasting higher job satisfaction, greater trust in leadership, and support of the organization’s mission and vision now more than ever. We continue to make good progress every day.
