      Family oriented place that puts seniors first, treating seniors with love and respect which is what most of them are missing in there own family sometimes

      Cons

      This is Senior care and most of our patients coming in now are NOT meeting the age of being a seniors, which is taking away from the model

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
