Pros
In my four years working for this company I have never experienced or seen a senior executive team so passionate about patient care AND employee care. ChenMed/JenCare, is dedicated to changing and transforming the face of healthcare as we know it in America. We not only take care of our patients health but their overall care including but not limited to transportation and activities. As a team we often collaborate and brainstorm on ways to make the team more successful, always incorporating our ChenMed Way in all we do. I have truly grown and learned tremendously in my time here and continue to strive for excellence in all my doings and interactions. Not only are my grandparents patients here but all my qualifying family members. Our model is truly a marvel, It is a great company to work for always striving to be ahead of everyone else. The work is fulfilling and I always feel accomplished at the end of my day.
Cons
In my time here we have experienced massive growth and that growth has presented challenges in making sure everyone is properly trained and oriented. While we get the job done, it would be nice to have a more formal onboarding/training process for all positions. While there are many opportunities for growth we need to properly train our staff to excel in other positions
