Pros

They will smile to your face while they lie behind your back.

Cons

Last year the company was caught trying to increase the score on Glassdoor by cheating (using prizes for good scores). Glassdoor removed those reviews and the score fell again. Having learned from that mistake, the company has started having management do it themselves and “suggest” certain employees leave reviews. Don’t let them trick you. Read the reviews from other doctors, nurses, professionals and others that tell you, in detail what is happening. If a review is talking badly about other employees, instead of poor benefits, bad management, etc - you can guess who wrote it!

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
