Pros

Good money for upper level management but...

Cons

The leadership team, does not follow the company missions or values. Unfortunately New Orleans is completely disconnected from corporate. To the point that the 3 main referral success through the key insurance referral sources have all lost faith in the executive team and have a distaste for the company in its entirety. They do not value their sales team AT ALL. Being a former executive team member I'm ashamed to have heard my Superior say "If they stay good and if not, we'll just replace them". Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
