      Pros

      Working for ChenMed has it pros and cons like any company you will work for. For me one of the biggest pros is all the wonderful people I that got to meet and help change the lives of. And on the same note those people changed my life. I also become a better supervisor while working for ChenMed with the help of some great managers.

      Cons

      The biggest con that I saw while working at ChenMed is that they talk about growth within the company but there isn't any of that. Not unless you know the right people. If you dont you sit in the same seat until you get tired and leave.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

      Cons

      Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
