Pros

This is the first organization I've worked for where I truly believe they care about patients. They consistently evaluate ways to provide better care to patients. They go out of their way to ensure each patient is taken care of. So many acts of kindness occurs at this organization such as them delivering meals to residents after finding out they need food, doing last minute delivery of medications to patients, calling to check in on patients frequently, I can go on and on. They care for their staff. During this pandemic they've put services in place such as support sessions, and other ways to help staff and families that are in need. They remind staff that they are grateful for their work. They are appreciative of the work we do which motivates us to do our best even when we may be overwhelmed. They promote from within most times, there is so much room to grow.

Cons

No tuition reimbursement at this organization.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
