Pros

A core model that works; our core model is based on Risk (outcomes) vs. Fee for service; our patients lives are extended out at least 5 more years longer; our patients get well; our doctors are not overloaded, they only see a maximum of 450 patients vs 2300-3000 for Fee for service PCP's; we work throughout the community doing grass roots marketing and give back to the community through community organizations we financially support and foodbanks we financially support that are supporting the people in those communities; Our company has resources to help our patients, as it's all about them; and we can make anywhere from $8k-$25k per month on top of our base; Guess what? We have no competition. WE are our only competition. No other PCP comes close to who we are and what we can do for the patient. We're The Real Deal.

Cons

We are an ever growing company and we struggle with logistics, and even in a pandemic we are still doing record numbers. Our struggles are more growth pains related.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for helping us bring more good days to our patients. We appreciate your feedback regarding center metrics. Each community presents unique circumstances, and we appreciate your recognition that success is still achievable when we support each other.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
