Cons
To be such a good company, they have Management issues that needs to be worked on. They don't always practice what they preach when it comes to the "Chenmed Way" and doesn't always hold self accountability. Job positions can be posted up online for months then disappear for a short time to just be posted again for a long time. Meaning positions aren't It can be a toxic work environment at times, since a lot of people constantly stay in your business and don't let you attend to your job. Has a sense of classicism, since depending on your position, may lead to how people treat you.
