Pros

No pros, If you leave they’ll try to accuse you of stealing company property they never sent to you so please keep emails & any paper trail to save yourself!

Cons

Company is not trustworthy. They force people to come see the Dr even when they don’t need to, to get more money. Very dysfunctional, always some sort of issue between the different departments.

ChenMed’s full-risk, value-based care model has successfully reduced hospitalizations among our patients by 30-50%! We are proud that we get to see our patients as frequently as needed to keep them healthy, out of the hospital and in the community where they belong! Additionally, we take our responsibility to comply with health information privacy seriously. Part of that includes protecting equipment that contains confidential information. To do this, we must navigate a highly regulated space in order to keep our patients’ health records safe and sound. Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
