Pros

Its a faith based organization that most certainly helps the Senior Population and the most needy. Its wonderful helping the Seniors receive better medical treatment and care.

Cons

The base pay is a little low for the responsibilities we carry. Better communication from management that will follow up to make sure we are making progress and bringing growth to the company.

Pros

Benefits Pay Co-workers Patients That’s all

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Providers don’t have the authority to do what is best for patients. I have worked in prisons and it is easier to get patients care they need there than it is working for Chenmed. They have you recite this saying every morning. Something about how their goal is to give their patients “more good days.” It’s all a load of crap. Their goal is to give the CEO and the Chen family more money and more good days. They think you can see these complex patients in 5 minutes. “Just have them come back every day,” they say as if that’s not taxing for an elderly person. Just stay away from this place and keep your loved ones away too.
