Pros

Great Leadership-Future of Health Care-Cutting edge value based care-opportunity to impact your community and grow in your career. You certainly earn your pay, but being busy is not a bad thing. TONS of opportunity for growth, especially if you are willing to be mobile. CULTURE IS GREAT! I have worked for many organizations throughout my career, but not for many who truly live by, and lead by, the vision and mission. I know that I am new to the organization, but I have heard similar feedback from my peers who have been with the organization for several years - so I am excited to be a part of the team, and look forward to contributing for many years to come.

Cons

Depends on your outlook. If you see a problem with every solution, then this is probably not the place for you. Employees are treated so well, that it gets taken for granted at times.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
