Expect to be worked into the ground. This is a difficult, repetitive job. The limited insurance coverage accepted often exclude seniors who would like to take advantage of it.
Organization trains you to present advantages to the care that they are sketchy in delivering on. They also celebrate MGC's (Membership Growth Consultants) that act unethically (folks who transfer seniors to the centers who either did not wish to be moved from their current care or did not fully understand what they were being engaged in).
Leadership does not truly want to hear of ways to improve from folks in this role. They say otherwise, but if your communicate issues, they become abrasive.
Additionally, management has major holes in supporting the teams and have engaged folks running the medical facilities to fill the gaps- presenting them as sales leaders, which is far outside their area of experience/ expertise. This led to extremely dysfunctional teams and poor moral at multiple locations.
