Pros

Nothing. This place sucks. Maybe try a different Dedicated.

Cons

- They let patients disrespect their staff - They don't care for their employers -over work you and get upset if you do not leave for lunch when they want you to leave even though there is so much work to be done. -They have favoritism -You only get 24 hrs of sick pay leave, so do not get sick LOL. -Love to push accountability on you but won't be accountable themselves. -Promises things that they do not go through with If I can rate them a 0 I would. They keep losing workers left and right because of how horrible their management is.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
