      ChenMed is a very fast-paced, agile environment that gives employees seeking growth, opportunities to advance their careers. I always share with candidates that you need two things to excel with ChenMed - humility, and agility. ChenMed offers a great outlet to build and enhance the services within a person's Center of Excellence. The sky is the limit for those wanting to deliver excellence. It's a wonderful feeling to know that we are rescuing seniors by delivering better health care and helping the communities that we serve. I am very proud to call ChenMed my employer.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

      Cons

      Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
