Pros

Competitive salary, ability to travel, fantastic model of care for patients.

Cons

The direct leadership and HR are not concerned about staff, their well being or mental health. In the area I work, there’s a lot of tactics of intimidation and bullying- my doctor took me off work several months because of the mental strain. Even with returning to work the bullying continues. No need to report concerns because the employee relations people just cultivate a culture of foolishness. Your voice will not be heard. Nothing will be done.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
