Pros

- Decent work-life balance in the corporate office - The mission of the company is to improve access to and quality of care for geriatric, underserved populations.... When that mission isn't erased by the incompetence of leadership, it's a valuable one.

Cons

- The Chen Family runs this organization with greed and corruption. They hemorrhage funds, build fancy new corporate offices (just to fire half of the corporate staff), while the pilots of their private jets remain employed by ChenMed. What started as a mission-driven organization, has transformed into one of power-hungry, idiotic businessmen. - No one in leadership knows what they are doing. The Executive Team is incompetent and uninformed about what actually goes on in the Clinic. - Besides the greed that permeates the organization, there is zero direction or leadership. There are endless fires to put out, and no leader is willing or able to get their hands dirty.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
