Pros
Decent pay. Benefits are good.
Cons
Unfortunately after working there for two years and half this is not a "family oriented" company at least not anymore. I am honestly not surprised with all the corporate changes they really are not caring about their employees anymore which will affect patient care on the long run. Personally I think they have a great vision but way too high of expectation on all departments. Their mind is to concerned about raising the patient numbers but can't even maintain a full healthy staff to take care of the patients already enrolled. Everyone is under stress constantly. Once you get the rhythm of things they come up with something new and expect to master it in just a few days. Management is barely there and they make it seems as they are always in meetings to even be present and see the day to day things. What made me decide to leave is the constant changes and the blind leading the blind honestly. Also being a mom was rough they never approved working from home and then talked about productivity whenever getting back from my kids having rsv, flu, school being closed due to holiday and or weather. But management could be off as much as they needed. Again not family oriented. I could keep going on but its sad. Great potential for the company just using growth in the wrong ways.
