Pros

Some of my coworkers are solid people but all the talent eventually leaves. Those that have been there for a while are there for reason. Those with talent will leave or are actively looking. Some of the people from day one are Raisin Caine's level employees. Many on the sales side aren't sales people. They are workers that have lingered in the position while those wirh talent moved on. This isn't a desirable job or position. The company lies left and right and is confused on which direction. Hypergrowth... retention... bankruptcy. This is a sinking ship. The full risk model and the inept coders/billers working here will lead to its demise. UHC and Humana aren't buying you Chris... you overplayed your hand.

Cons

Terribly run company. Owners are to emotionally attached create blinders. The company isn't profitable and will go bankrupt. Anyone with talent leaves. Those left are there for a reason. Believing this thing succeeds or bounces back is blind hope.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
