      Pros

      The organization has a strong model of care focused on patients. They truly prioritize patient well-being and deliver high-quality service.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, that same level of care doesn’t extend to employees. There’s little to no opportunity for advancement, and promotions are often given to new hires rather than those who have proven themselves through hard work and dedication.

Your feedback regarding career advancement for employees is important. We understand that in some specialized medical professions, the traditional path of upward promotion might be less common. However, we believe growth isn't solely about climbing a ladder. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for our employees to develop new skills, expand their expertise, and explore lateral moves or specialized roles that can enhance their career satisfaction and contribution. We are actively reviewing how we can best support our team members in their individual professional journeys, recognizing the diverse ways in which growth can occur in healthcare.

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
