      Progressive and responsive. The company really cares about delivering a quality product to its federal customer base.

      Cons

      Being nationally based its may be hard to connect with management if you are not used to a remote headquarters.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
