      Pros

      Decent pay compared to competitors. The company employees a lot of Veteran's and recently separated military.

      Cons

      The benefits package is really substandard. The management only cares about their bottom line and not employees. Some of the lowest moral around.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
