      Us: We just bought a house! Chenega: Oh, congratulations, HERE'S a PAYCUT! Us: We're having a baby in 1 month! Chenega: Awesome! We overpaid you almost $2,000 and we need it back ON TOP of your PAYCUT, ON TOP of your new family insurance. Oh, ALSO, you're the most qualified AND hold the most seniority over everyone here, but we're NEVER going to promote you EVER. GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING!

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
