      Pros

      Never feel belittled no matter your title. When upper management says they have an open door policy, they mean it. Everyone is super approachable and the atmosphere is very easy going. Lots of work perks like leaving early on random days and bagels on Fridays. The company truly appreciates its employees.

      Cons

      I wanted to move closer to my family within a couple of years of working here but now I like my job/who I work with too much to even consider moving anymore.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
