      Pros

      Great 8a company to work for if you simply want to do your job. They provide an excellent corporate news letter. Great culture for employee spirit and well being (lots of social activities).

      Cons

      Not forward thinking and no concern for employee impact of corporate decisions. Management does not support putting in house employees before hiring for new work opportunities. The internal resolutions process is less than satisfying for issues with management or growth potential if you are in the senior level.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
