      Pros

      Decent work environment and benefit package. With current project, presented with avenues to expand experience with research and analysis, writing technical and non-technical documentation, and preparing complex reports and presentations.

      Cons

      Does not promote employee education and growth. Does not reward employees who excel at meeting position goals. Little opportunity for promotion. Need to offer more opportunities for employee growth through education to faciitate promotion to other job titles or to work on other contracts within the company.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
