      Pros

      I have still never meet my boss nor ever been told to do anything. Basically left completely alone. Good 401k, they match HSA. They will undercut any contract to win.

      Cons

      Had to explain what I do to my senior site lead who makes far more then me. He basically thinks I use black magic and control the space time continuum. Since they undercut they can not pay employees well.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
