      Pros

      Upper Management - Approachable and truly care for their employees. Opportunity - You truly have the ability to create your own path. Management strives to assist you in reaching your goals. Work-life balance - There are numerous times throughout the year we are given 1/2 days by surprise, in addition to the generous amount of paid holidays and PTO! I haven't been this happy and proud to work for a company, in too long to remember. I have found my work family!

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
