      No bonuses or incentives for hard work.

      Thank you for the feedback. We have worked hard to create remote opportunities for new employees and managers. I have noted the issue of bonuses and incentives and will bring it to the attention of senior management ASAP.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
