      Pros

      Company pays it employees pretty high salaries.

      Cons

      Management has a complete lack of empathy and concern for its employees. If a client says that they do not want the employee, then the employee is fired immediately without any severance. And in my case, the client was highly unprofessional and highly toxic. Everyone was afraid of the client.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
