      Pros

      The leadership is excellent at Cyberstar, one of the Chenega MIOS subsidiary companies. I can't speak to how the others are run, but my experience has been a positive one.

      Cons

      It's government contracting, so job stability is always an issue, though that isn't the fault of the company.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
