Users say... "No training but then they yell at you for asking questions then leave you alone to figure out the problems." "Sometimes the managers they shire are unprofessional" "I have also been forced to choose between not having Santa at all because he was being inappropriate and just letting it go and hoping he didn't behave that way again because upper management wouldn't replace him and asked me if I wanted to be the reason a child did not get to see Santa." "Poor communication" "The only downside is, it is a Seasonal job & there's no benefits"
