Flexible time off, great co-workers and it can be fun. Great brand and work environment if you are entry level. If you are above entry level you will realize you need to find a new job.

Cons

REALLY bad communications, management is out of touch and bases decisions off what they think. As long as you think the owner is God; if you are friends of the owner or related you'll go far. It seems like they have everything together until you are hired. They are so hung up on culture they forget they have to make money.

Cons

Favoritism, poor leadership, lack of company values, no morality, terrible communication. Minimal opportunities for growth. Appalling people management. Business will be affected long-term with constantly rising food prices; will most likely continue to shift to sub-par ingredients.
