Pros
Work-Life Balance, Culture, Proximity to Historic Districts, Generous Benefits and PAY, Flexibility with curriculum. The central office is very well organized, you do not need to be certified to be eligible to work right away!
Cons
Stagnant and veteran educators with exteremly poor biases towards students of color, lack of emotional resources and responsive administration. The CEO only cares about making money and having a healthy attendance, she is too far removed from the community she serves to benefit them at all, it would be best for her to move on to another philanthropic goal and allow the students in the inner city and actual chance at a free and appropriate education.
