Pros

There is excellent growth opportunities at Chetu, if you do your work honestly you will get back equal from Chetu also. Work on very latest tool and technologies, suggest their client always best possible solution, not stick with traditional development tools methods. Six months appraisal policy, good salary hike, openness in work environment, happy to help attitude of senior management. Keep their employees up to date on latest technologies, time to time training session and discussion on newly shipped tools and technologies.

Cons

Nobody is perfect and Chetu is also in same league, but they always try to fill every gap, Also as I can see in my last five years Chetu always try hard to make every aria better. Alternative Saturday working.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences.
