Pros

# To work with new tech only if your project requires.

Cons

# They can fire you at any time. # They can hold your salary at any time. # They tell client that the engineers are 5 to 7 years of experience but they just hired them. # They always cheat with client. # They management is worse then gangrene. # TL's are blood sucking vamps # No appreciation and rewards for good work. # Often they cheat with employees. # Deduct 10% of salary for two years and they will fire you and wont give you anything. # Saturday working, even the HR and operation is not in mood to work but Saturday is working. #HR's are way pathetic. # You'll regret once you join. # Share with everyone to never join this worst organisation. # The CEO Atal bansal is a heartless guy and have no mercy with employees. When ever he came to india he only fires so many people. # TL's can make you stay late at night for so many days and also ask you to come early in the morning. # I regret to join this company and do not want anyone to regret like this.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
