Pros

Working in Chetu has been a great experience for me. If you are ready to learn new things and take challenges, this is the best place you can find. Chetu is one of the best companies and people working over here have expertise in almost every technical as well as business vertical. Bi-annual performance appraisals is one of the most sought after benefits of Chetu. Project Managers are very supportive and there are a lot of opportunities for team members to communicate directly with clients. Chute is also best companies in terms of salary packages and timely salary.

Cons

Alternate Saturday working. Timing may be an issue for some.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
