Pros

Chetu is a great place to work with talented programmers, good management people and cool working environment. There are excellent co-workers in company they are always ready to help in any type of situation. Here working environment brought employee to a creative mind set and due to code reviews, it forces you to be more conscious on how to code and follow best practices. Client interactions are always pleasant where you can show the weekly progress and get your client feedback and clear your doubts. For your refreshment they organized many indoor and outdoor sports activities time to time, there is gym for make you fit and food without any cost on Saturday. Its culture has changed over the years, a lot of training session, constantly changing fast paced environment. They don't hire technical project manager from outside that's why here employees have more chances to improve them, six month appraisal policy is noticeable thing in this company. Management listens to your ideas and you're surrounded by creative thinkers, they always supportive of new ideas and encourages initiatives. They provide cab facility at free of cost in case you have to stay late at night.

Cons

-- Only alternative Saturday off. -- Need to hire more experienced and talented programmers. -- Should have been able to work from home often.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
