Pros

Only a good point (not for those who work hard only for those who do buttering or team leaders and floor managers) is twice appraisal in a year.

Cons

Worst company I have ever seen, It just fool you. As per terms in your offer letter or salary. Don't believe them. If you don't do your managers and team leader buttering then they became your life hell more specially for GIRLS. They do partiality between girls and boys. They give more appraisal to boys, They does not believe in any policy, they made there own policy, they treat employees like slave. They don't give your money which they taken by you in terms of government policies. I think government should take a serious action against such a fraud company who plays with employees career and future.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
