Pros

If you alone in world. don,t want family and social life.

Cons

this organization converts engineer to literate labor, if you want then please come here else wait you will get much better then it. where at least 90% of 5:15 report is fake, they misguides client. deduct your money as security and end of the year provides it as bonus..hahahaha..what a joke.if you will join annual party with your personal family not chetu family then you will pay for it. and at last all review from google removed. most of the good feedback wrote either by HR personals or by force through HR personal, if you go to ill or have any unfortunate health issues during work in company premises then TOP management even CEO told it that is not an ambulance company, and technical perspective the view of CEO is that "if you want to teach a child that how to swim then the best way is that you throw him in water he will learn." so that's way chetu provides only the couple of day to understand KT of Project.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
