Pros

You work from home that is all.

Cons

Even though you work from home that doesn't change the fact that you are EXTREMELY micromanaged. He reads every email and feels that through notes left on SalesForce are enough for him to know the intimate conversations you've had with clients and he knows best. He is extremely condescending and regardless of the situation, you are always wrong. You compete directly with your directors for sales and they rarely help you succeed because they are always traveling and leaving their teams to rot. The only time they communicate with you is to ask you why you aren't selling anything while you sit there with a lack of resources to succeed and they are fed with a silver spoon. Take a look at the National Account Manager reviews specifically and you will see just what the company is about. If you see a review from a director, they are glorified National Account Managers and the only ones making money. There is a direct correlation between going to shows and making sales. The directors are the ones mainly deciding on what shows you go to and what shows they go to. They go to 20+ shows a year and everyone goes to 6 a year? Every success story starts with "Well I met the owner on the show floor" or "I saw them 3 times before on the show floor at previous shows" so if you aren't going to shows you won't be making sales. The people directly impacting your sales are also the ones directly competing with you for sales, all the while all the sales you make they get 1%. For what? Telling you to text people if they aren't answering? Making compensation takes too long and due to poor work or the OWNER burning bridges with companies you have more deals leaving than coming in. The positive reviews in the US are fabricated by Indian employees. How do I know this? Every week there is someone new on the team being introduced because the previous employee in that position has left or been fired. What did I learn from working at Chetu? That I should have never accepted the position in the first place. Do yourself a favor and RUN.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
