Pros

6 months appraisal policy

Cons

If project manager is free in your dinner time, will call you for meeting in that case you have to skip your dinner for that day. Every policy in favor of client, dumb manager If client send anything back project manager just start to blame team without having look later if it is found client mistake, they agian blame the team why don't you think in this way, totally dumb. If some misshapening with you in office premises As per CEO, Admin or Hr are not responsible to take you to hospital, it is either your colleagues or you yourself arrange a cab, even you are dying. From last year the health policy is discontinued.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
