Pros

- Bi-yearly appraisal. - Good for freshers only.

Cons

- Instant firing whatever the reasons like document verification or performance issues. But they will ask you to serve 2 months notice period. - Alternate Saturday off. - Bonus deducts from your salary and paid only annually if you complete 1 year or 2 years. - Very less in-hand salary in comparison of CTC. - Also late nights after 12 pm in the night. - No work life balance. - Demotions also happens when you stay here for long time because your salary does not affordable by the company. - TL thinks himself/herself everything because upper management does not listen anything from team member if any issue happens. It believes only what TL tells. - Asks to work on irrelevant technologies which does not matches your domain. - So called MNC company but nothing like MNC company, no policies for employees. Chiller policies in Lala company. - HRs are nothing they are just puppets of the Lala. - Odd shift timings. - only 4 fixed holidays annually. - There is no free transportation. - There is free food only on alternate Saturday working which is also not up to the mark. - Annual party only for show off. They can even charge you for that also if you will go there with your friends or loved ones. - No toilet papers in the wash room and lack of toilets also in comparison of employees.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
