Pros

There is nothing I can say good about this company.

Cons

to begin with the company is cheating with their most precious assets "THE CLIENT". Their main motive is not mutual relationship whether with client or employee but only money pathetic management. They only see their self motive if the employee is useful to them they will do anything to keep him/her the moment they find him/her useless to them they fire the employee without giving a prior notice which is unignorable. the company hidden rules are horrible in which it states that the employee must give two months notice but on the other hand they can fire you in a minute. ATAL BUNSHAL AND HIS MANAGEMENT IS A MORON AND LOOSERS .!!

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
