Pros

No pros. When called me for the interview for the position of technical they offered me different position as data analyst but later on I realized they made a false statement it's not data analyst job it was a data entry operator job.

Cons

No meals , no cabs , no incentives , no proper training , no Sense of Responsibility among TLs and other senior staff members. Servers are always down poor connectivity and lots of network issues. Useless people who can't make their career in IT who have done their engineering in CS are insecure of others that's why they don't want other to do something or make their career. Not all are same but most of them are likely to have cheap mentality. No manners no etiquettes like working among villagers who have a lot of attitude in them. Nature of job doesn't remain same as what was promised at the time of interview due to which fresher's becomes a part of politics.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
