Pros

Nothing good in this company. Except location.

Cons

Highly tense and hectic environment. TL is like a god in this company and how people become TL , by promotion no matter weather deserve or not. Politics is the KRA of TL and above. Due to tense environment the people here are mentally and physically sick, do not offer proper salary. behave like animals. no one listen to employee. cup of tea is just hear the feedback not acting on it. HR play like puppets. in one word if i say then it is a bunch of politician , animals , highly unprofessional , non civilized peoples. CEO of this company have no manner how to talk with employee so like wise no budy have manner how to behave. Its better to work in a startup rather to work in this zoo.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
